David Brown, Head of Editorial

David is responsible for enhancing clients’ profiles by gaining coverage with national, regional, consumer and B2B media. He has worked for more than 20 years on newspapers including the News of the World, The People, The Sun, Daily Express and The London Paper. He specialises in copy-writing, media training and counsel and offering strategic advice on crisis management.

Eb Adeyeri, Digital PR Director

In addition to advising clients on traditional and social media PR strategies, Eb is responsible for promoting and ensuring a media culture across the agency. He has over eight years experience in B2B, B2C and B2G PR working with companies such as BT, Orange, Lexmark, Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE), Progress Software and PlusNet amongst others. His sectoral experience covers, telecoms, utilities, financial services, manufacturing and Government.

Eb specialises in issues and crisis management, social media, press relations and copy writing.

Michael Gonzalez, Senior Media Consultant

Michael Gonzalez has over 10 years’ journalism and PR consultancy experience. As a senior consultant for OCTANE, his remit includes media and presentation training as well as media relations consultancy for the company, advising on a number of client campaigns with a particular focus on national and international business media.

Before joining the agency he previously worked as a press officer at the Council of the European Union in Brussels and the International Secretariat of Amnesty International in London. He is also a former GQ and Maxim Magazine journalist.

Michael has trained companies across most sectors including mobility, software, consultancies, SMEs, security and web 2.0. Companies he has provided media and presentation training include salesforce.com, BT, Equant, Adobe Systems, Avanade, Amadeus, Postini and Acxiom. Michael typically trains 100 delegates per year and has conducted training in Europe, Asia and the US. As such, he has a thorough understanding of how various cultures and media landscape operate. He trains executives on both a group level and one-to-one coaching sessions, training CEOs and other senior company executives.

Michael also hosts industry roundtables and conducts in-depth messaging workshops to develop the broader communications strategies for organisations in helping them identify messaging, proof points and the appropriate spokespeople.
